Getting your order
Pickup
Collect from us
Pickups Mon–Sat, 9am–5pm. Everything is boxed, hung or stacked and ready when you arrive. Bring a vehicle with room — a 50-linen order takes more space than people expect.
Standard rental period is 3 days. We do not offer delivery — every order is collected in person from our warehouse.
On the day
- — Tell us about any timing constraints when you book, and we will have your order staged and ready.
- — We can help load your vehicle, but we are not a styling service; florals and final dressing are yours or your planner's.
- — Someone needs to be present to collect and sign for the order.
Coming back
Return everything dry and folded in the containers it arrived in. We check each piece back in and only charge for what is genuinely damaged or missing. Late returns hold up the next event, so please tell us early if you are running behind.
